If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. To make a return: Items must be undamaged. Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We process orders within 2-5 working days upon receiving the order that has been placed successfully and fully paid for. Orders are dispatched once it's been processed and then sent out to the client. Courier delivery takes 1-6 working days, depending on the customer’s delivery address. Courier deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 17h00 at the address specified when an order is placed.
